Making Progress

I'm letting the 3rd draft of The Lost Valentine marinate for a few days before putting the finishing touches on the final draft. I hope it doesn't need too much more work. I really want to finish this.  Still aiming for mid-July to get this published. Wish me luck.

For those readers wondering when The Lost Valentine will be finished, know that I'm aiming to have it out before mid-July. It will be the last book in the Carol Karuso Mystery trilogy. Matty Cruz will be teaming with Carol and you'll get an update on what she's been doing in Madrid, Spain. Getting into trouble, of course. I hope you like how it all ends.

I know this last book in the Carol Karuso Mystery series has been a long time coming, and I apologize for that.  I've heard from readers asking why it is taking so long. I've had some physical roadblocks, and my health had to come first. Life is settling down and I hope to be writing more steadily soon.

I'm determined to finish it in 2020.  I'm halfway through the second draft.

Hang in there and I promise to do the same.

It's Coming Along

Don't ask me how I did it, but I completed the preliminary outline for The Last Valentine. I had most of the beginning and ending in my head, and the middle chapters just flowed out of me. I'm very happy about this, but as I make a more detailed outline (lots of research needs to be done), I know I'll find plot holes that might send me whizzing in a different direction, but it 's a start. Here we go again, book number nine coming down the pike. Whee!

I've been working on my preliminary outline for The Lost Valentine, and I'm liking it so far. That redheaded gal is fun to write about. Plus I get to write about Matty Cruz again. Close to half way done. Wish me luck.
